BOOM BALL FIELD ACCESS & PARTICIPATION WAIVER

By completing ticket registration and selecting field participation for your child, the undersigned parent or legal guardian ("“Parent/Guardian”") acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this Waiver on behalf of their minor child ("“Participant”"). This Waiver applies to all Boom Ball on-field activities at any participating minor league baseball stadium during the 2026 Boom Ball season.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
Parent/Guardian understands and acknowledges that participation in on-field Boom Ball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: contact with baseballs, bats, or other equipment; uneven or slippery field surfaces; falls, trips, or collisions; exposure to weather conditions; and interaction with other participants and staff. Parent/Guardian voluntarily accepts all such risks on behalf of the Participant.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the Participant's inclusion in Boom Ball activities, Parent/Guardian, on behalf of themselves and the Participant, hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges Boom Ball, LLC, its affiliated minor league baseball stadiums, team owners, operators, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the Participant’s on-field participation in Boom Ball, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. INDEMNIFICATION
Parent/Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the Participant's conduct or participation in Boom Ball activities.

4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In the event the Participant requires emergency medical attention and Parent/Guardian cannot be immediately reached, Parent/Guardian authorizes event staff to consent to emergency medical treatment on the Participant's behalf. Parent/Guardian confirms that the Participant is in good health and physically capable of on-field participation.

5. RULES & STAFF AUTHORITY
Parent/Guardian agrees that the Participant will follow all instructions from Boom Ball staff at all times during on-field activities. Event staff retain the right to remove any Participant from the field at their discretion for safety or conduct reasons without liability.

6. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
Parent/Guardian grants the Released Parties permission to photograph or record the Participant during Boom Ball activities and to use such media for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the applicable stadium is located. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE
You assume all risks related to attending the Boom Ball event including voluntary interactive and physical activities, and release Boom Ball and their affiliates from all related claims and liabilities, except as prohibited by law.

BY COMPLETING REGISTRATION AND CHECKING THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT BOX IN THE TICKETING SYSTEM, PARENT/GUARDIAN CONFIRMS THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS WAIVER ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND THE PARTICIPANT.

Weather Policy:
Bad weather happens. If weather prevents the camp from starting or becoming official, we will first try to postpone the camp, but have it the same day. If we cannot hold the camp at all, your registration fee will be refunded. Weather updates will be announced via email and/or at the stadium on camp day.

Recording Notice:
By entering the venue, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording and grant Boom Ball the right to use your likeness, voice, and appearance for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and commercial purposes in any media without compensation.
